Fall Craft Fair - October 10th, 2026

Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at our upcoming Craft Fair. We’re excited about hosting this event and would love to include you.

A few Reminders:

-          The Craft Fair is a rain-or-shine event with no rain date.

-          This event is a fundraiser for our parish, and all proceeds help support our operating expenses. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no‑shows.

-          If you are interested in an indoor space and have not received confirmation that spaces are still available, please email office@stmadeline.org before registering.

We are also asking each vendor to contribute a small, donated item for our event raffles. These donations help support the parish and add a fun element for our guests.

As a thank you for participating, all vendors will be eligible for a special vendor-only raffle for a chance to win $40. There will be a place for you to drop your card the day of the event at the St. Madeline table for a chance to win.
