If you family would like to have a Catholic Funeral Mass or prayer service, let your funeral director know and they will contact us for the arrangements. For additional information, refer to our Funeral page to obtain the Funeral Packet.

  • Congratulations on choosing to bless your child and welcome them into the Catholic faith.

All baptism information can be found on our Baptism page.

    Things to remember:

    • At least one God Parent needs to be a practicing Catholic (ie: All Sacraments including Confirmation and if married, married in the Catholic Church)

    • If choosing two God Parents, they need to represent the traditional family (ie: Mother and Father)

If your God Parent(s) needs a letter of eligibility, they need to contact the parish where they are registered. If you have any other questions, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

  • Volunteering is an important part of being Catholic. The events you attend over the years are mostly ran by volunteers. Some of the upkeep of the buildings is also performed by volunteers.

Check out the Get Involved section on our Home page to see all the opportunities available within our community.

Note: All volunteers need to complete background checks and the Protecting Gods Children course. Details can be found on the Volunteer/Safe Environment page.

With the help of sponsors, ministries, and our amazing volunteers, we are able to host several fundraising events like Bingo and Monte Carlo Night. The proceeds from these events help offset the costs of major projects and general operating costs.

Did You Know?

St. Mary Magdalene is actually the patron Saint for our parish. The French form of “Magdalene” is “Madeline”. Our Parish took its name from Madeline Michell, wife of co-founder Frederick Michell.

St. Madeline’s was home to the first Catholic priest to obtain a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. Reverand William J. McCallen was pastor from 1912 to 1924.
